Payment and

Pickup & Delivery Service Info

Pickup and delivery is available for a fee by local courier.

Delivery via fax (no more than 5 pages) or e-mail - no charge

No charge on small projects for delivery via regular U.S. mail - (1) #10 envelope with one stamp. Anything else will be charged the appropriate USPS rate.

FedEx, UPS, Messenger service will be paid by the client.

All computer files and e-mail attachments are scanned for viruses upon receipt from client and prior to shipping back to client, but no warranty is made.

Work will be returned to you, when applicable, on CD. No hard copies are returned unless requested or required under agreement of work parameters, and may be subject to additional fees.

Payment Information

Prices for shipping and shipping supplies are paid for by the client.

A deposit may be required on large projects per our discretion. The balance is due in full when any job is completed and before it is shipped/returned.

Long term clients will be billed bi-weekly, monthly, or kept on retainer; this will be worked out in advance and put in writing.

Personal/Business/Certified checks and Money Orders are accepted. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.

Fees are due and payable upon receipt.  Any account overdue 30 days will incur a monthly finance charge of 3% of the invoice.

Additionally, unpaid accounts over 30 days are subject to being suspended and no further assignments will be delivered or accepted until the overdue amount is paid in full.

Credit card and international payments are accepted only through PayPal, a respected name in online money transfers.

To pay via a credit card, electronic check or in international funds, please click on the PayPal button provided in the billing email you will receive at the completion of the project. You will then go to a secure server at PayPal. PayPal accepts US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds, Sterling, and Yen. PLEASE NOTE: The secure server will only use the English Translation for any transactions.

We promise that I will keep in strictest confidence all information provided to me by my clients. We will not give any information out to a third party (including e-mail addresses) unless we have written consent from that client.
