Services & Base Rates
The following list of services provides information on availability and basic rates. Rates may vary according to the complexity of the project, and The Office Lady reserves the right to adjust the rate accordingly; however, said adjustment shall be by mutual consent with the client and we always strive to stay well within your budget.
All new-customer projects require a 50% deposit before the project is begun; the balance is due on completion of the project and before final delivery. Established customers, at The Office Lady's discretion, require only a 20% deposit, with payment due immediately upon completion/acceptance of the project.
Estimates are quoted to the best of our ability, based on your stated needs and budget. If, for any reason, the completed project does not meet the requirements as laid out beforehand, The Office Lady will make every effort to revise the project to your specifications. The Office Lady reserves the right to determine if the revisions requested constitute a "major change" in the agreed-upon requirements. All major changes and charges therefor wil be discussed fully with the client prior to implementation of those changes.
If you have a project that is not listed here, please inquire regardless. The Office Lady has trusted associates who may be able to handle the project and she is continuously upgrading and adding to her skills.
Rush jobs needed in less than 24 hours or requiring weekend or holiday time are subject to 30% of invoice added to bill.
Upon formal acceptance of work or services agreed upon and performed, the client assumes full responsibility for proofreading and accuracy of content.
